Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales of floral arrangements are final. We cannot accept returns of flowers once they have been delivered. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no additional charge.
For non-perishable items such as vases or accessories, returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error.
For weekly flower subscription services, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Store credits will be issued immediately.
